Does RazorpayX serve business customers in Germany?

No. RazorpayX is operated by Razorpay in India and provides current accounts, payouts, payroll and corporate cards to businesses registered in India. The account itself sits with an Indian partner bank, and onboarding requires an Indian business registration and Indian verification documents.
