General information, not financial, legal, or tax advice. Verify current terms and eligibility with the provider before applying.

Business Bank Index helps founders and finance teams understand business banking around the world. We index how to open an account, who can open one, the fees that apply, and which providers genuinely serve each market. We publish information so you can make your own decision.

Who is behind Business Bank Index

Business Bank Index was founded by Morten Andersen and Fredrik Filipsson. Both are entrepreneurs and business owners who have founded and run multiple companies, and who have opened and operated business bank accounts across the United States, the United Arab Emirates, Europe, and Asia. That first hand experience is why the index exists and how it stays practical.

Who publishes Business Bank Index

Business Bank Index is published by Kings Hospitality LLC, a company owned and operated by its cofounders Morten Andersen and Fredrik Filipsson. Our registered business address is 1314 E Las Olas Blvd, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33301, United States, and you can reach the editorial team at hello@businessbankindex.com. We are independent: we are not owned by, affiliated with, or paid to recommend any bank or banking provider. Some links may earn us a commission at no cost to you, which we disclose on our terms and disclosure page.

What we do

We map business banking by country, by provider, and by business type. For each market we describe how to open an account, who is eligible, the typical timeline, the fees that apply, and whether a given provider actually serves that market. The aim is a clear and neutral picture, not a sales pitch.

How we research

We build each page from official sources first, such as a provider price list, eligibility page, or regulator guidance, and we support those with reputable references. Every fee and feature claim carries an as of date, and every page shows when it was last reviewed. Where a position is genuinely unclear, we say so and ask you to verify with the provider rather than guess. More detail is in our editorial standards.

Independence and how we make money

We are not affiliated with any bank. Some links to providers may earn us a commission at no cost to you. That commission never changes how we describe a provider, and we only show a compare link where the provider serves that market. We never present a paid placement as an independent pick.

What this is not

This is not financial, legal, or tax advice, and nothing here is a recommendation tailored to your situation. Account features, fees, and eligibility change and vary by region. Always confirm the current terms with the provider before you apply.
