No, not for a Canada registered business. Relay is a US online business banking platform whose accounts are held with a US partner bank and issued in US dollars. It accepts owners from many countries, including Canada, but the business itself must be formed in the United States with a US employer identification number. A business registered only in Canada cannot open a Relay account as of 22 February 2026.
